Display language
Sets the language of every static UI label, button, system message, validation error, email, and legal page.
What does NOT translate
Per platform policy (SOW §7 #12), admin-entered content stays in the language it was authored in. This includes item names, case names, rarity labels, world / server names, case categories, admin-issued notifications, and rejection reasons. Switching language toggles static UI copy only — dynamic content remains unchanged.
