How deposits work

• Tibia Coin: transfer in-game from your character to the LootBox admin account.
• Crypto: send to the deposit address generated for your account on a supported chain.
• The rate is locked the moment you start a deposit and applies even if market prices move.

Step-by-step: Tibia Coin

1. Choose the Tibia Coin tab on the deposit page and pick an amount (multiple of 25 TC).
2. Note the admin account name and your deposit code shown on screen.
3. In Tibia, transfer the coins to the admin account and include the deposit code in the message.
4. The polling service detects the transfer (typically within minutes).
5. Once verified, your balance is credited at the locked rate.

Step-by-step: Crypto

1. Choose the crypto tab and pick a chain (BTC, ETH, USDC, USDT).
2. Copy the deposit address generated for your account.
3. Send the funds from your wallet — make sure you're on the right chain.
4. Wait for the required on-chain confirmations (shown on the deposit status page).
5. Once confirmed, your balance is credited at the locked rate.

Troubleshooting

Partial deposit — if you sent less than the locked amount, we credit what arrived at the locked rate. The balance lands as soon as the chain or polling service confirms.

Overpaid — extra coins are credited at the same locked rate. No action needed.

Expired — if a deposit window expires before funds arrive, contact support and we'll reconcile manually.
