Withdrawal processing
Withdrawals are typically processed within 24-48 hours.
What we verify
- The destination character matches the name you entered on the withdrawal form.
- The character is on the world / server you selected.
- The item is available in the admin's in-game inventory for delivery.
Why a withdrawal may be rejected
- Character or world doesn't match — fix the details and re-submit.
- Identity verification needed — finish the KYC step under Settings → Identity.
- Compliance hold — flagged by our risk rules; support will follow up by email.
