Terms of Service

By using LootBox you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully — they cover account responsibilities, deposits and withdrawals, fairness, and account closure.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use LootBox. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement.

LootBox is not available in jurisdictions where in-game item-trading platforms are restricted. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with local law.

2. Your account

  • Your account is personal — do not share login credentials.
  • You may set a daily deposit limit and self-exclude at any time from Settings → Play Controls.
  • We may require identity verification before processing your first withdrawal.
  • Multiple accounts per person are not allowed.

3. Deposits and balance

Deposits are credited as platform coins. Crypto deposits use the rate locked at the moment your address is generated. Tibia Coin deposits are credited once verified by the polling service or, in fallback mode, manual admin verification.

Platform coins are not redeemable for cash. They can only be used to open cases, join battles, or — once items are won — to request in-game item delivery.

4. Fairness and randomness

Every roll is computed using HMAC-SHA256 over a server seed, your client seed, and a per-roll nonce. The hashed server seed is published before any roll, and the plaintext seed is revealed when you rotate. See the Provably Fair page to verify any past roll.

5. Withdrawals

Item withdrawals are limited by the available game inventory for each item. Submitting a withdrawal soft-locks both the in-platform inventory item and the corresponding game inventory until the request is delivered, rejected, or cancelled.

Withdrawal delivery is performed manually by our operations team. Most requests are completed within 24-48 hours.

6. Prohibited conduct

  • Botting, scripting, or automation against the platform
  • Multi-account abuse or shared-account use
  • Chargeback fraud or stolen-card use
  • Reverse engineering of the platform’s anti-fraud or fairness layers

7. Limitation of liability

LootBox is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is capped at the amount you have deposited in the trailing 12 months.

8. Account closure

You may deactivate or delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. Deactivation is reversible within 30 days; deletion is permanent and irreversible.
